Regardless of which service you choose, I guarantee that you will be working with a personalised program to help you get fitter and stronger. 
Do you bike after work? Enjoy hiking on your weekends? Get up the mountain as often as you can to go skiing or snowboarding? I want to know everything ‘exercise’ in your life, so that I have a holistic view of what your training looks like on a week-to-week basis. From here, I will build a specific online and/or PT program around your lifestyle, that will help you work towards your goals without risk of overtraining.

Pricing

I like to keep things simple and consistent with payment structures. Please see details below:
Initial assessment: $90
Our first session is an opportunity for me to see what your current movement patterns are, and find out any inconsistencies, instability, or imbalances that we can then work on together over the course of the program.
4-week training block (1x session weekly): $420 ($80/session, $25 weekly for remote program)
Includes 1x in-person weekly PT session, and a training program for you to work from remotely, ensuring that any work we do in-person is being reinforced in your own time.
4-week training block (2x sessions weekly): $640 ($80/session, free remote program)
Includes 2x in-person weekly PT session, and a free training program for you to work from remotely, ensuring that any work we do in-person is being reinforced in your own time.
4-week training block (remote programming only): $200
Confident on your technique but not your session plans? I’ll build a personalised training program for you to work from, arranging regular catch ups to make sure you’re on track. Does not include in-person PT sessions.
